Welcome Back

  • St. Jude's will be open daily from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Hand Sanitizing is available and encouraged
Effective Saturday, July 17 at 11:59 PM, LA County is re-implementing its mask mandate indoors – regardless of vaccination status – amid an increase in coronavirus case numbers and concerns over the delta variant. The Archdiocese decided to follow the LA County Health Department in requiring everyone to wear a mask indoors at any LA County parish, office and school.

Eucharistic Adoration Wednesdays from 12:30 pm until 7:30 pm.  Right after the noon Mass, the Blessed Sacrament will be exposed on the altar for a special time of praise and prayer.  Jesus will be present on the altar throughout the afternoon and early evening, and the Sacrament will be reposed in the tabernacle during the Novena to St. Jude that begins at 7:30 pm.

  1. He is really there!" I myself Am the Living Bread come down from Heaven." (Jn 6:35)
  2. Day and night Jesus dwells in the Blessed Sacrament because of his Infinite love for you! "Behold I will be with you always even to the end of the world," because "I have loved you with an everlasting love, and constant is My affection for you." (Mt 28:20; Jer 31:3)
  3. The specific way that Jesus asks you to love Him in return is to spend one quiet hour with Him in the Blessed Sacrament. "Where your treasure is, there is your heart..." "Could you not watch one hour with me?" (Mt 6:21; 26:40)   ... Read More »

Confirmation Registration Confirmation at St. Jude celebrates the Holy Spirit working in the hearts of young people. The Confirmation process is a time of discernment for our teens to explore, challenge, grow and eventually take ownership of the Catholic Faith.  The process involves not only the teens, but the whole family and entire parish community. Confirmation preparation at St. Jude is a two year process that may be started in the 9 -11 grade. There are two options available this year for young people to access the sacrament in a way that works best for them.

  • Option 1: In Person Confirmation meets on 2 Sunday nights a month from 6:30-8:00pm.
  • Option 2: At Home Independent Faith Formation with Parents and Sponsor

For more information, please take a look at our Confirmation webpage, which includes additional information and how to register.  We are offering online registration on the webpage and in person registration on August 1 from 9 – Noon and August 29 from 9 – Noon.  If you have questions, please reach out to [email protected] Registration ends August 31.
